Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 15g Granulated Sugar
- 275g Lukewarm Water (115 degrees)
- 8g Active Dry Yeast
- 227 All Purpose Flour
- 375g Bob's Mill Whole Wheat Flour
- 6g Kosher Salt
- 4g Granulated Garlic
- 1g Crushed Red Pepper
- Olive Oil
Directions

1. Mix together sugar, water, and yeast. Within 5 minutes, you will see active bubbles arise to the top of the water.
2. Add flours, salt, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Whisk or use a 6 qt mixer with a dough hook
3. Once mixed, place on a floured board and kneed until completely mixed.
4. Rub on some olive oil and let rest in a covered bowl or Cambro, covered with a lid or plastic wrap until doubled in size (approximately 40-60 min, time could vary)
